This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the following parties upon the completion of an order placed through our website.

BUYER
The customer who places an order through the website.
1 — Subject
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, with respect to the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through our online store.
2 — Product Information
Each product is presented on our website with its essential characteristics, pricing, and payment details. All items are crafted from the finest natural fibres and are described with care to reflect their true quality and provenance.
3 — Payment
All transactions are processed securely through approved payment providers. By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms that the payment information provided is accurate and authorised.
4 — Delivery
Our pieces are made to order and prepared with meticulous attention to detail. Production typically requires 1–3 weeks, after which orders are dispatched via international courier services. Delivery timelines may vary by destination.
5 — Right of Withdrawal
Given the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products and their hygienic classification, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is identified. We kindly ask that all queries regarding an order be directed to our client services team prior to purchase.
6 — Return Conditions
In the event that a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product may be returned. Please note that any customs duties or international fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.
7 — Privacy
All personal data collected during the purchase process is handled with the utmost discretion and in full compliance with our Privacy Policy.
8 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the applicable laws and jurisdictions of the relevant territory shall govern the resolution process.
By placing an order with Avenant Luxury Linens, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms set forth in this Agreement.
